Punishment of the crime

C In the idea of receiving repair and insurance money of external vehicles in a false accident, C purchased Dbenz automobiles, and intentionally reported a traffic accident with Defendant B and Defendant A, who was introduced from Doin E, with the original knowledge, and planned to receive insurance money from the insurance company.

C On August 1, 2013, around 21:53, at the Hansi Bank located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Doro 2-dong, Defendant A was driven by Defendant B on the top of the Doro Doro Doro Doro Doro Doro Doro Doro Doro Doro Doro Doro Doro Doro Doro, and Defendant B was driven by Defendant B on purpose with the top of the Doro Doro Doro.

A Based on the above intentional traffic accidents, A filed an accident report with the purport that the instant Doz car driven by Defendant A was received the said BM Bab, and around August 6, 2013, A transferred KRW 9,400,000 to the new bank account under the name of Defendant A for the unrepairing cost from the victim, and around August 20, 2013, the victim transferred KRW 9,500,000 to the new bank account under the name of Defendant B under the same name as the damage adjustment expense to the victim. On the same day, around August 20, 2013, A transferred KRW 30,000 to the new bank under the name of Defendant B under the name of Defendant B for the same purpose as the damage adjustment expense.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with C to receive property or obtain pecuniary benefits equivalent to the above amount of damage assessment costs by deceiving the victim.
