Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인 A 피고인 A 및 E은 2015. 9. 29. 05:45경 제주시 F에 있는 ‘G’ 식당 앞 길에서, 위 피고인 및 E의 친구인 H이 피해자 B(27세), 피해자 I(27세)의 일행으로부터 맞았다고 생각하여 피고인 A은 피해자 B을 손으로 잡아 밀친 다음 주먹으로 얼굴을 수회 때렸고, 이를 보고 싸움에 끼어든 피해자 I을 손으로 잡아 밀친 다음 주먹으로 얼굴을 수회 때렸으며, E은 피고인 A에 합세하여 피해자 I의 얼굴을 주먹으로 수회 때리고 피해자 B의 얼굴을 주먹으로 수회 때려 그를 넘어뜨린 다음 그의 얼굴을 발로 수회 찼다.

As a result, Defendant A and E jointly committed an injury to the victim B, E committed an injury to the victim B in terms of the closed mind and the upper end of the six weeks period of medical treatment, and Defendant A assaulted the victim B and the victim I respectively.

2. Defendant B and I conflict with the victim E (20 years of age) and the victim A (19 years of age) in the same time and place as above in paragraph (1) above.
