Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A, Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant D are foreigners of Chinese nationality currently staying in Korea in the middle school relationship.

On June 5, 2016, A, Defendant B, and Defendant C entered the “G restaurant” located in F at Silung City, and Defendant A and Defendant B met with the partitions installed at the same place, and they received a claim from H(37 years of age) in the sound, and thereafter, the said victim H returned home again her mind that they would be retaliationed against the said victim, and followed the said victim and his day.

While Defendant D got off the victim’s body, Defendant D 1 (the age of 36) was able to take off the victim’s face at the same time with the victim’s son’s hand.

Defendant C continued to drink the body of the victim H by drinking, and Defendant B committed assault, such as assaulting the victim J (W, 36 years of age), the victim K (W, 35 years of age) and the victim K (W, 35 years of age).

The Defendants stop the assault as they did no longer resist the victim H due to the above assault.
