A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall forge or alter a motor vehicle registration number plate under the Motor Vehicle Management Act, or use a forged or altered motor vehicle registration number plate.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as the owner of the BM5 vehicle, was kept in custody due to the failure to pay an administrative fine by the head of the office of police station in the Bupyeong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant attempted to forge the registration number plate of the said vehicle and to operate the vehicle after attaching it on the said vehicle.

1. On June 2015, the Defendant, at his house-based parking lot located in B, Hacheon-si, Hacheon-si, marked “B” by using a pen with a person on the paper A4 for the purpose of exercising the said car in operating the said car, and forged one registration number plate of B in such a way that the number, etc. indicated on the paper A4 was written off on the B4, and the verification car is spreaded.

2. On May 21, 2016, the Defendant used the above vehicle registration number plate, which was forged in the same manner as the vehicle registration number plate attached to a forged vehicle, as described in paragraph 1, on the front of the “FY 32-ro, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 72-ro,” and which was forged from June 2015 to February 9, 2017, including driving of the said vehicle without attaching a forged vehicle registration number plate as described in paragraph 1.
