Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for a period of five months.
except that from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants were married married couple around 2010, and they were married couple F with Defendant B and his former wife, and the Defendants were able to live in the H apartment 116 Dong 1101,00,000.
1. Defendant B
A. At around 08:00 on May 31, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s body by drinking on the ground that the victim A (here, 41 years of age) was in the Korean language with another male, and then going beyond the victim’s body, and then going back the victim’s body back to the bed.
B. On December 19, 2013, the Defendant reported that the victim pointing out the video image that the victim saw to F with the cell phone, and that the victim had a favorable appraisal, the Defendant heard that “if the victim changed from the cell phone at the home of the Defendant around the same day, the victim saw that “we can see” the Defendant’s cell phone from the Defendant’s cell around the same day, and assaulted the victim by using both hand.
C. On January 31, 2014, at around 20:30 on January 31, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed assault, such as cutting the victim’s neck by hand on the grounds that the victim refuses marital relationship; (b) walking the part of the victim’s sloping and bridge; and (c) cutting the victim’s neck by hand.
2. At around 22:40 on August 16, 2013, Defendant A, at the small room above the victim’s residence, reported that the victim B (the 54-year-old age) was a tree of the Defendant, and used the Defendant by assaulting the Defendant, such as putting the Defendant F trees, the Defendant saw the victim’s sound back part (the 24cm in total length, the 13cm in part on the day), which was dangerous things in the main room, with which the Defendant was in the main room. On the other hand, the victim’s right side part, the victim’s knee, knebbbbbbbs, and the knick part on the victim’s right side.
