A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 27, 2017, the Defendant, who became aware of insing at a singing room, lent approximately 16 million won to the victim, but the victim, other than the Defendant, was dissatisfied with other males. On July 27, 2017, the Defendant went to the home of the victim while entering the victim’s house by calling the phone at which the victim finished a new wall warning.
