Punishment of the crime

On July 21, 2014, around 04:55, the Defendant: (a) brought about a dispute with the victim C (the age of 21) on the ground that he had changed the way in front of the Dosung apartment, which was located in the 91 Dosung in Jeju city, and (b) brought about drinking as a drinking house for mutual reconciliation.
