A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim C (the 70-year old age) have been in the relationship between 10 years ago and 10 years ago, and due to the violence of the defendant around June 2018, the victim of peace said that he would return to the defendant by finding in his house.

1. Intrusion upon residence and damage to property;

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence respectively.

3. On September 26, 2018, the Defendant who intrudes upon a residence and damages property entered the said victim’s house to communicate with the victim on September 26, 2018, but the victim went to the said victim’s house to lock up the door and not open it, and enters the victim’s house against the victim’s will.
