Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 16, 2018, at around 16:10, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim C (hereinafter “D”) located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the victim’s neck in D in order to repair the latter; and (c) assaulted the victim by her hand twice by her hand on the ground that the victim was not friendly.
