Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 3, 2013, at around 20:30, the Defendant collected beer disease, which is a dangerous object in the region, and assaulted the victim, on the ground that the victim C (n, 43 years of age) operated by Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, did not respond friendlyly.
