A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 21, 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased D (number after the change) from D (E) in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City B located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City of Nowon-gu on August 21, 2012; (b) obtained a loan from the Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd. of the victim at an equal rate of 28.9% per annum; and (c) obtained a loan from the said company at an equal rate of interest and interest during the period of 36 months; and (d) granted a mortgage over the above car owned by the Defendant as a security for the above loan obligation on August 23, 2012; and (c) the said car was kept and used by the Defendant, around November 2012, it was impossible to grasp the location of the car by borrowing KRW 6 million from the bonds company under the name of the non-titled in the name of the defendant from the bonds company in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City of Nowon-gu around November 2012.

Accordingly, the defendant concealed the passenger car owned by the defendant, which is the object of the victim's mortgage, and obstructed the victim's exercise of rights.
