1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

The plaintiff asserts that the cause of the claim in this case is the cause of the claim in this case, and on October 9, 2006, the plaintiff set KRW 50,000,000 to the defendant on October 8, 2008, and lent (hereinafter "the loan in this case") to the defendant on October 8, 2008, but the defendant did not pay it. Thus, the defendant is liable to pay the plaintiff 50,000,000 and damages for delay.

According to the evidence evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the plaintiff's transfer of KRW 50,00,000 in total to the defendant's account is recognized. However, the following circumstances acknowledged by the purport of the pleading, namely, that the plaintiff did not obtain a loan certificate or receive interest from the defendant in relation to the loan of this case, and the lawsuit of this case was filed at the expiration of seven years after the loan the plaintiff asserts, and it appears that there was no fact that the defendant demanded repayment among them, the above facts alone are insufficient to recognize the loan of this case, and there is no other evidence to prove otherwise.

2. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit.
