A. The Defendant Company A shall pay 845,616,660 won and its 481,481,660 won to 845,61,660 won.

Limit of guarantee on June 23, 2008: Amount guaranteed on June 23, 2008: 54,444,060,00 won loan limit: 1,342,920,000 won for operating funds: 1,860,000 won for bill discount: from June 23, 2008 to June 22, 2011: Limit of guarantee: 42,943,680,000 won - Operating credit limit of KRW 1,342,920,920,000 - Operation Security: 1,953,000 won for bill discount: 1,953,000 won for bill discount; and 1,860,000,000 won for bill discount; the Plaintiff is Defendant Company Company (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Company”) on June 23, 2010 to June 22, 2010.

B) As indicated in the table below, the “The First Limit Trading Agreement” and the “Second Limit Trading Agreement” in the No. 2 arrangement between the two pages as indicated below (hereinafter referred to as the “First Limit Trading Agreement”).
