1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant A Co., Ltd.: (a) 97,470,480 won and 16,895,700 won among them, from December 27, 2013 to April 4.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant A”) approved that the Plaintiff’s basic terms and conditions of the Plaintiff’s business transaction apply to both the Plaintiff and the joint and several sureties Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd”) entered into a trade agreement with each of the following limits. Defendant C, based on the first and second agreement, jointly and severally guaranteed each of the Defendant Co., Ltd’s obligations against the Plaintiff, based on the Defendant Co., Ltd.’s obligations under the third agreement.

On October 6, 2008, the guarantee limit period of guarantee agreement, which is a joint and several surety, shall be 12 million won (1.92 billion won) in operation funds of 86.6 billion won in bills, from October 6, 2008 to October 5, 2011, the guarantee creditor shall be 1.5 billion won in credit funds of 8.6.6 billion won in credit funds of 8.6.6 billion won in credit funds of 12.6 billion won in total, or shall be 12.6 billion won in total (or 3.5 billion won in credit funds of 2.5 billion won in total) in the event that the guarantee creditor shall be able to exercise the guarantee guarantee right of 3.5 billion won in total and 12.6 billion won in total and 3.7 billion in credit funds of 3 billion in credit funds of 200 million won in total or on April 24, 2014.

B. 1) The Defendant Company concluded a contract guarantee agreement or a warranty contract with the Plaintiff and submitted it to the guaranty creditor with each guarantee bond issued by the Plaintiff according to the contract guarantee agreement as follows. The contract guarantee under the contract guarantee contract for the guarantee period for the guarantee creditor, which is the date of the contract guarantee for the limited transaction agreement, (No. 1 guarantee, No. 45,760,000 in the Hanjin Heavy Industries, the Hanjin Heavy Industries, August 16, 201, to March 10, 201, the said additional construction guarantee agreement is concluded.
