1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,360,000 and the interest rate thereon from July 11, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. Defendant A is the representative under the name of “C” in which the wholesale and retail business of fishery products is conducted, and Defendant B is the actual business owner of the above “C”, and the Defendants are both husband and wife.

B. The Plaintiff supplied fishery products to C from July 1, 2016 to April 10, 2018, but did not receive a total of 31,360,000 won.

C. Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,360,000 for the price of fishery products and damages for delay from the day following the delivery of the duplicate of the instant complaint.
