Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 19, 2014, at around 21:25, the Defendant driven a rocketing taxi, and led the three-lane road in front of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yongsan-gu, to drive a three-lane of the roads from the neach hotel room to the area of the tidal village, a speed of about 20km.
