A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

One copy (Evidence No. 1), one hold (Evidence No. 2), and one Rater (Evidence No. 2) in seized water.

Punishment of the crime

From the point of 2006, the defendant was known to the victim C (67 years of age) and known to the victim C (67 years of age) and the victim D (62 years of age) is the wife of the victim C.

In the meantime, the defendant knew that he arbitrarily disposed of the Dorain cultivated on the above land in spring in 2014, and requested the victims to distribute the sales proceeds of the Dorain while resisting the victims, but the victims did not comply with the request.

1. On April 4, 2016, the Defendant did not recover KRW 7,50,000 invested by the victims due to their failure to receive the payment of the sales proceeds from Dozines and did not receive the money from Dozines. On July 4, 2015, the Defendant sought money from the victims and demanded them to return money to the victims on their home, and was able to kill the victims if the victims refuse to comply with the request.

On April 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) loaded a knife, which is a deadly weapon manufactured in advance and possessed (the total length: 124cm; 15cm; 15cm; 2cm); (b) purchased gasoline 6L at H oil station near the G of the nuclear city, and loaded it in water (No. 1) and arrived in front of the victims’ house while the Defendant was in possession of F knife-gun, which is a F knife-gun; and (c) purchased gasoline 6 hours at H oil station near the nuclear city of the nuclear city.

After that, the defendant is in possession of the knife and gasoline attached with the above knife and the knife, and the above knife is in front of the victims' home.
