A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant resides in 205 of the building C in Kimhae-si, and the victim D (21) and victim E (18 years old) are the people living in 202 of the same building.

1. On August 25, 2018, on the ground that around 21:00, the victims came to the house of the victims of the above building 202, and the victims came to close their doors, the Defendant used a knife knife (the total length of 32.5cm, 19.5cm) which is dangerous articles in the Defendant’s house by hand, and intrudes upon the victims’ residence by carrying four knife knife knifes with four knifes with the left hand through the front door of the back door of the victims who did not correct.

2. 특수 협박 피고인은 제 1 항 기재 일시 및 장소에서, 위와 같이 오른손으로 위험한 물건인 식칼( 전체 길이 32.5cm, 칼날 길이 19.5cm) 을 들고 왼손으로 칼이 4개 꽂혀 있는 원목 칼 꽂이를 든 채 피해자들의 주거에 침입한 다음 왼손으로 원목 칼 꽂이에서 위험한 물건인 과도( 전체 길이 20cm, 칼날 길이 10cm )를 꺼 내 들어 양손에 식칼과 과도를 쥔 채 피해자 D을 향해 겨누고 위 아래로 칼을 흔들며 피해자에게 " 배때기를 찢어 버린다, 감방 들어가고 싶다 "라고 말하여 위험한 물건을 휴대하여 피해자를 협박하였다.
