Punishment of the crime

1. Joint crimes committed by the defendant and E;

A. On April 20, 2017, the Defendant and E proposed a fraud crime through the Internet HIk page as the lack of the PC charges in the “GPC room” located in the Namyang-gu, Gyeonggi-do. Defendant A, a bank account in the name of Defendant A (K), and a mobile phone, committed a fraud of selling goods, and the Defendant offered to use the amount of damage together.

Around April 20, 2017, the Defendant and E made a false statement to the victim L, who posted a notice of the intent to purchase a child’s book on the I car page, to “to send money to them by sending money.”

However, the defendant and E send the items even if they receive the purchase price from the injured party.

there was no intention or ability to act.

The Defendant and E received KRW 240,00 from the damaged party to the J bank account in the name of the Defendant.

Defendant and E in collusion with each other and received a total of KRW 8,687,000 from 53 victims in the following manner from around the above day to June 12, 2017, as shown in the list 3 of the crimes committed in attached Form 3.

B. From February 21, 2017 to June 12, 2017, the Defendant and E conspiredd with “M” on the gambling site “GPC room” located in the Namyang-si to “N” to “N,” and used the Internet gambling by forecasting the results of various sports games (e.g., a “private sports competition” game, and running a game with KRW 10,000,000 at one time, for a total of KRW 32,162,00,000, as shown in attached Table 4.

2. Defendant A’s sole crime connects the gambling site “M” from November 1, 2016 to February 20, 2017 to the Defendant’s ID “N,” and, during the prediction of the outcome of various sports games (e.g., winning, unfolding), Defendant A’s private sports sports games, and only 10,00 per time.
