Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Presumption of Facts] The Defendants, while working in the victim EF, had become aware of each other; Defendant A from September 2004 to September 2015; Defendant B from around 2001 to the arrest of the instant case ( January 20, 2016); and Defendant C from around 2006 to the arrest of the instant case ( January 20, 201) also worked in each of the instant companies.
[Criminal facts]
1. Joint crimes committed by Defendant A and Defendant B
A. On October 15, 2015, at around 14:15, the Defendants: (a) opened a corrected door with the key to the warehouse located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu; (b) opened and entered the warehouse that was reproduced and prepared in advance; and (c) opened 13 rolls at the floor level of KRW 5,005,00 at the victim’s own price; and (d) carried them in advance by dividing the difference between the Defendant B’s Lone Star and the cargo of Defendant A and the cargo of Defendant B.
As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.
2) On November 7, 2015, the Defendants, together, stolen 11 Rawls at the floor space of 4,235,000 won in the market price, which is the property owned by the victim, from the said (State) F Materials Warehouse around November 17, 2015.
B. When the thief Defendants came to know of the fact that the material storage management of the said company was inappropriate while working in the victim E, as it was based on the premise, the thief Defendants committed theft from the material storage of the said company, and Defendant B conspired to divide the cost by disposing of the floor materials stolen by Defendant B to a small artificial architecture company.
Accordingly, Defendant B was above the 11:41 on November 1, 2015, and around 11:41 on November 2015

(State) AF material warehouse was made up of the place indicated in the port entry, opening a corrected door using the key to the warehouse that was copied in advance and prepared, and then carrying 5 rolls of the floor space of KRW 1,925,000 at the market price owned by the victim at that place into the Defendant Company A, carrying 5 rolls of the floor space of KRW 1,925,00 at the victim’s price into the Defendant Company A.
