A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant shall forge a private document:
A. On January 2013, 2013, after entering the contents of the articles of incorporation in the name of F, G, H, and I into the promoters column under the title of “Articles of Incorporation (Eyang Association)” using computers at one’s own house located in D, Haju-si, and then printing out the name of F, G, H, and I in writing under the title of “Articles of Incorporation (Name) through 58 (Provisions Applicable Mutatis Mutandis) of the General Rules of Chapter I, the name of F, H, H, and then the name of F, H, H, and I kept by the K at the time of the entry following the name, the said F, G, H, and I’s articles of incorporation without authority for the purpose of arbitrarily marking the said F, G, H, H, and I’s rights and obligations under the name of F, H,
B. On February 2, 2013, at one’s office located on L 2nd century, 7 members attended at the J Village Center on January 10, 2013 to change the name of the Manyang Association to the Eanyang Association, and decided to appoint the Defendant to that Chairman under the title of “Eyang Association Minutes” by using a computer.
2. On February 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) submitted to the C, I, N, F,O, and P’s name in the column of the participants; (b) submitted to the C, I, N, F,O, and P’s name, and submitted the following documents to the C, I, N, F,O, and P’s private document for the purpose of carrying out the said G, I, F,O, and P’s private seal at the time of the J’s name; and (c) forged the minutes of the E-SU’s meeting, which are private documents for the certification of the name of P, without authority, for the purpose of carrying out the said G, I, N, F,O, and P’s private document.
