The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged [2018 Highest 2274] The Defendant is an employer who runs a construction business by employing 15 full-time workers as the representative director of C of a stock company with the Sungsi-gu B 11th floor at Changwon-si.

From May 1, 2016 to February 28, 2018, the Defendant did not pay the total amount of KRW 8,443,147, and KRW 5,752, and KRW 5,028,752, and KRW 6,951,562, and KRW 562, from July 21, 2016 to February 28, 2018, of KRW 22,764,842, and from October 1, 2016 to February 28, 2018, to employees who take charge of the duties of the Vice Minister of Construction and Transportation at the aforementioned workplace without agreement among the parties to the retirement benefits of KRW 5,028,752, and from June 12, 2013 to February 28, 2018; and the Defendant did not pay KRW 764,842,000 to employees who take charge of the above site agent at the workplace within the period from 205 days to 15 days.

[2018 Highest 3174] The defendant is the representative director of C of a corporation with B 11th floor in Changwon-si, Seongbuk-gu, Changwon-si, who runs a construction business using 15 regular workers.

From February 1, 2016 to April 30, 2018, the Defendant did not pay KRW 4,750,50,500, and KRW 5,52,540, and KRW 8,481,440, and KRW 15,33,652, as well as KRW 14,00,00,00,00,000,000, which were employed as a person in charge of development affairs at the same place of business from August 21, 2013 to May 31, 2018, within 14 days from each date of retirement without agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.

[2018 Highest 3634] The defendant is an employer who runs construction business using 7 full-time workers as the representative director of C in Sungwon-si B and 11th floor of Changwon-si.

From August 6, 2013 to October 17, 2018, the Defendant did not pay total of KRW 49,823,284 to K’s wages and retirement allowances working at the said workplace, and attached Table 1 daily list.
