Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a food manufacturing and processing business from March 2, 2001 to Simyang-si.

Food, etc. shall be determined and publicly announced by the Commissioner of the Korea Food and Drug Administration as the criteria for labeling food or food additives for sale for national health, and the Commissioner of the Korea Food and Drug Administration, in accordance with Article 2011-67 of the notification of the Korea Food and Drug Administration (amended by November 7, 2901), determines that “standards for labelling food, etc. shall be determined and the food, etc. whose standards are determined shall not be sold, imported, displayed, transported

Nevertheless, the Defendant indicated differently from the fact on the organic food product manufacturing and processing business of ‘C', which is directly operated by the Defendant, on the organic food product manufacturing and processing business establishments, the product manufacturing and processing proportion of the relevant food product was indicated differently from the fact. In the case of food additives, L-L-gluta bate (fluorium), which is the food product that must be indicated in all ingredients and usage, and solars (in the case of food additives), which are the food product that must be indicated in ingredients or brief names, are not indicated in the food product labeling. In the case of food additives preparations, the Defendant did not indicate in the food product mixing in general after indicating specific name, but, in the case of waived kimchi, the mixture of food products (L-gluta brate 99%, amlorate Cine 99%, amlorate, amlorate, alkium) and 9% of the raw food product "in the case of primary food products (i.e., e., e., g., g., g., g., g., chine., 1., 3%.)."
