A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, around February 15, 2017, sold 270,000 won, to the victim E, who reported and contacted that the Defendant sold bred 275 believerss posted on the Internet site “openter” at the Defendant’s residence located in Yangsan-si around February 15, 2017.
