A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months, and imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years.

Punishment of the crime

[201] (Defendant A), in collusion with B, C, and D, the Defendant: (a) forged an application for subscription to the Internet telephone in the name of another person by using a copy of the business registration certificate, a copy of the resident registration certificate, etc.; (b) the Defendant and C sent the application for subscription to the telephone to D via the Internet mail using a copy of the business registration certificate acquired by B; and (c) sent it to D through the Internet mail; and (d) upon opening the Internet telephone system, D used it to take part in the role of opening the Internet telephone system through the Internet telephone, etc.; and (c) operated the online telephone agency, and transmitted a forged application for subscription to the Internet telephone in the name of another person through the Internet telephone system; and (d) intended to sell it

On January 29, 2018, the Defendant, at a coffee shop in Seoul, entered “F limited liability company which is a fishery company” and “F-limited company which is a fishery company” and “F-limited company which is a fishery company” in “G” and “F-limited company which is a fishery company” in “G” and “F-limited company which is a fishery company” in the corporate registration number column in the corporate registration number column, affixed the seal of the said corporation’s name to the applicant column, and affixed the seal of the said corporation’s name to the next page, stating the “Agreement on the Inquiry into Personal Credit Information and the Use of Personal Credit Information” as “F-limited company which is a fishery company,” and affixed the seal of the said corporation from B.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with B, etc. for the purpose of exercising the above rights and obligations under the name of F limited company in the name of F company of a fisheries company without authority, forged each of the “application for subscription to Internet telephone” and “written consent on the inquiry and provision of personal credit information” and became the name of ten corporations without authority for the purpose of exercising ten times from January 23, 2018 to January 29 of the same month, as indicated in the attached crime inundation (1).
