Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be the day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall use telecommunications services provided in a mobile communications terminal device (referring to a terminal device necessary to use common telecommunications services using frequencies allocated under the Radio Waves Act; hereinafter the same shall apply) or use telecommunications services for the collection of the relevant fund by opening, under another person's name, a contract for the provision of telecommunications services, on condition that he/she provides or lends funds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) around January 5, 2017, with the trade name of “C” located in B at Sinpo-si, Jeonnam-si; (b) used a personal identification card that was dried from D, a high-speed cell phone operator, on the condition of financing, not for the purpose of receiving communications services from the beginning; and (c) completed an application for E at the said sales store with intent to open a mobile phone; (d) opened a “F” number; and (e) transferred a “F number; and (e) received 600,000 won in cash in return for the said visit; (b) around January 7, 2017, the Defendant used a personal identification card at the same place as above 1) and received 600,000 won for the purchase of the mobile phone, using a personal identification card for the same reason as above 7) from among the purchaser of the mobile phone; and (b) transferred it to 600,000 won for the purchase of the mobile phone.

3) On March 31, 2017, at the same place as above 1, the Defendant: (a) prepared an application for the use of the identification card, and an application for E; (b) opened the opphone7 mobile phone with the “J” number; (c) prepared an application for the opening and opening of the opphone7 mobile phone with the “L” number; and (d) opened the opphone7 mobile phone with the “L”; (c) opened the opphone7 mobile phone with the “M” number; and (d) visited the opphone7 mobile phone with the “M” number.
