Punishment of the crime

Telecommunications financial fraud (hereinafter referred to as “scams”) assumes a false name of a State agency or financial institution, and has a secured bank account (hereinafter referred to as “scams”), withdraw the amount of damage, and transfer it to another one, or transfer it to China or co-offenders through money exchange offices, etc., and they are ① China’s total book (organization management, call center operation, solicitation and delivery instructions, cash withdrawal and transfer instructions), ② Korea’s total book (in China’s total book, delivery to the lighting staff and education, remittance, solicitation and delivery instructions in Korea), ③ remittance books (delivery to China and remittance, and remittance of money deposited in the passbook), ④ collection and delivery of passbook(s)(s)(s)(conscamscamscams)(s)(s)(conscams)(s)(conscams)(s)(s)(s)(s)(conscamscamscams to be used in the transactions)(s)(s) or Kwikkkset)(skset’s)(s)(s)(s).

The Defendants offered that they would have access to the “Singing” organization to “cash withdrawal” and offered that they would take the responsibility of collecting means of access, such as physical cards, etc., from the “Sing” organization, with the delivery of physical cards, etc. from the account deposited by the “Singing” organization, and were willing to withdraw the money deposited in the said account and use it in mind. Defendant A was in contact with the organization of the “Singing” and Defendant B conspired to take the responsibility of collecting the means of access, such as physical cards, from the “Sing” staff.

A around July 2020, by inserting a letter “C” on the Internet site “C” (referring to an organization in charge of the management of the withdrawal of the source of damage from singing the singishing)”, a contact is made to the effect that “the collection and delivery of two e-mail cards are different after collecting and delivering two e-mail cards from the name missing winners (hereinafter “D”).
