The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Around October 1, 2019, the Defendant in the factory room: (a) expressed that the victim C (the 50-year-old age), located in Ansan-si B (the 50-year-old age), was able to purchase the water brought by the Defendant; (b) expressed a bath that “I do not change the victim’s head,” and assault the victim by putting the victim’s head, destroying the victim’s shoulder with both hand, and destroying the victim’s shoulder.
