A fine of 5,00 for each of the crimes listed in the 2, 3, and 5 of the judgment of the defendant, shall be punished by 10 months of imprisonment, and the crimes listed in the 1, 4th judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On October 17, 2014, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced Defendant to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment for fraud in August 27, 2014, which became final and conclusive on December 27, 2014.

No one shall invite an alien to enter the Republic of Korea by fraudulent means, such as a false statement of fact or a false fidelity guarantee, or arrange such invitation, or make a false application for a visa or a visa issuance certificate, or arrange such application.

Nevertheless, at around 2010, the Defendant conspiredd with the above foreigners to invite foreigners, who are foreigners of Egypt nationality C (C, one person D; hereinafter “D”), one foreigner of Egypt nationality of Egypt, and F (G; hereinafter “G”) who is a foreigner of Egypt nationality of Egypt, to make a false invitation for the purpose of business, by inducing foreigners of Egypt nationality of Egypt from Egypt, F, one person of Liberian nationality of Egypt (F, one person “G,” hereinafter “G”).

1. On August 2015, the Defendant of the false invitation to use “H” prepared a letter of invitation stating that the Defendant would invite two foreign persons, such as the Plaintiff’s representative I of the said “H,” and that he would invite the Egypt in the name of “H,” and that I would like to invite the Egypt, due to the business necessity of “H,” and received a copy of the Plaintiff’s business registration certificate from “H,” and that the use of the photograph was not an entry for the purchase of clothes by two foreign persons, such as the J, etc. of the Egypt’s nationality, and then, he/she prepared a letter of invitation stating the purport that he/she would invite the Egypt and guarantee the identity of the Egypt through D, E, and G.
