Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in agriculture, and the defendant is a person who has obtained permission for a gun (a shot gun) for the purpose of remedy of harmful birds and trees (a gun possession permit number: Incheon Reinforcement Police Station E) as a harmful birds and trees remedy member belonging to D.

A person who is permitted to possess guns, swords, gas sprayers, electronic shock machines, or crossbows shall not use guns, swords, gas sprayers, electronic shock machines, or crossbows except for permitted purposes or in extenuating circumstances.

No person shall inflict any injury on an animal by using a physical or chemical method, such as tool, drug, etc., with respect to the animal.

On July 8, 2018, the Defendant, while engaging in harmful water control activities in the vicinity of the G farm located in the Incheon Strengthening-gun, G farm, the Defendant, at around 15:00 on the same day, committed an act of abusing animals by using physical methods, such as implements, etc., for the purpose other than permitted purposes as well as for the purpose of using a gun in the front part of the said dog (on the back bridge h:H) and the body of the animals, carried with the Defendant, for the purpose of harmful water control at around 09:00 on the ground that the dog is damaged and threatened.
