Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 수렵제한 기간이 풀린 후 옥천군 군 북면에서 꿩을 사냥하던 사냥꾼이다.

A. Nevertheless, on March 14, 1998, the Defendant: (a) obtained permission to possess hunting, firearms (belle, manufacturing number D); (b) emitted three ball cartridges for the purpose of driving away 2 marithm of the victim’s shooting matches owned by the Defendant on November 21, 2016, regardless of the purpose of permission, around 10:20 on November 21, 2016, in the vicinity of the 25 Food and Drug Safety Support Center for the North Korea-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; and (c) emitted three ball cartridges for the purpose of driving away 2 miles of the victim’s shooting match owned by the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant used guns for purposes other than those permitted.
