On September 13, 2019, the Defendant engaged in obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) committed assault in front of the H community hall located in the Namnam-gun, Namnam-gun, G on September 13, 2019; (b) the Defendant, upon receiving a report from 112 that the Defendant drinked and frighted to drink, demanded a drinking test by a slope department affiliated with the I police box of the Southnam Police Station that called “spewd,” and assaulted the J’s hand that he sawd while taking a bath for drinking while drinking.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.
