Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of K5 si.

On April 30, 2013, the Defendant, at around 08:30 on April 30, 2013, driven the said taxi as a business during the suspension period of driver's license (from April 16, 2013 to May 25, 2013), and led the following intersections to the direction of the culture and arts center on the modern ice side.

At all times, signal lights are installed, so the defendant engaged in driving service has a duty of care to prevent accidents by safely proceeding in accordance with good faith.

Nevertheless, due to the mistake that the defendant proceeded with the intersection in the course of the stop signal, the victim C (1975 students) driving through the intersection in accordance with the proceeding signal from the left-hand side of the moving direction was shocked into the left-hand side of the above taxi driver.

As a result, the defendant suffered around 2 weeks of crypum cryp to E (mar, 2008 students) on board the victim by occupational negligence and the head of the damaged vehicle.

1. Articles 40 and 50 of the Criminal Act of the Commercial Concurrent Crimes ( mutually among the violations of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents);

1. Of concurrent crimes, the former part of Article 37, Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the Criminal Act;

1. Articles 70 (1) and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act of the provisional payment order;
