Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing vehicle B.

On March 16, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at the speed of 19:20 on March 16, 2013, and proceeded to turn to the left at the speed of about 20 km from the end of Yongsan Village to the right-hand left-hand turn.
