Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person operating C-73 “D” clothes.

A. On July 17, 2017, the Defendant embezzled the victim E’s new physical card at the location of the city in Busan Special Metropolitan City, on a non-time basis, without following the procedure necessary for returning to the victim, such as holding the victim E’s new physical card at the location of the city in Busan Special Metropolitan City, and reporting the acquisition thereof to the police authorities.

B. Fraudulent: ① within 11:28 on July 17, 2017, the Defendant presented the above 3-G card of the victim E in Busan, which is located in F, to enable the victim H (the 64 years old) to purchase the goods and to settle the card under the name of the above 120,000 won as if he/she had the victim H (the 10-G card) who is the business owner to settle the above 1:44 on the same day; ② within 11:44 on the same day, he/she shall obtain the above 1:50 on the 3-G card of the victim E by means of deception and 1:50 on the 1:50 on the 5th day (the 1:50 on the 1:50 on the 1:50 on the 1:50 on the 5th day on the 1:50 on the 5th day on the 5th day on which he/she acquired the above 3-G card.
