A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant had been in charge of education for employees who are engaged in attracting credit card members by the team leader in the past Hyundai Card Co., Ltd. in the past, and the Defendant had to use a credit card by using personal information of the victims due to their living conditions.
1. Forgery and uttering of private documents;
A. A. A around March 16, 2012, the Defendant, using personal information of Samsung Card Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 44 years of age) that had been educated at his/her place of residence, entered B’s resident registration number, resident registration certificate, and date of issuance of driver’s license in his/her application form for Samsung Card Co., Ltd., and forged the application for membership registration, which is a private document on rights and duties, for the purpose of exercising the right and duties by sealing it on the name column for signature signature, and exercised the application for membership registration by delivering the forged application form as if it was duly constituted.
B. Around June 12, 2012, the Defendant, using personal information of Samsung Card Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “C”) that had been educated at his/her place of residence, entered C’s resident registration number, resident registration certificate, and date of issuance of driver’s license, etc. in his/her application for Samsung Card membership, and forged an application for membership membership with a private document on rights and duties for the purpose of exercising the right and duties by affixing a signature column, and issued the forged application for membership registration as if it was duly constituted as if it were duly constituted.
C. Around August 31, 2012, the Defendant issued D’s resident registration number, resident registration number, and driver’s license on the application for membership of Samsung Card Co., Ltd. using the personal information of D(M, 37 years of age) that he/she had been educated at the Hyundai Card Co., Ltd., which he/she had worked at a non-place.
