A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On April 15, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for a period of one year and six months, due to a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Composition and Activities of Organizations, etc.) at the Daegu District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 23, 2016.

However, on June 17, 2014, the Defendant joined “C” as a member of “B,” which is a website of the Internet private sports soil. On June 17, 2014, after having access to the Defendant’s home located in Daegu-gu Dong-gu website through PC, the Defendant deposited KRW 5,000,000 from the national bank account in the Defendant’s name to the gambling deposit account designated by the said site operator, and received KRW 5,00,000 from the national bank account in the Defendant’s name and deposited KRW 5,00,000 from the gambling deposit account designated by the said site operator, from around October 2, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 60,000 from the national bank account in the name of the Defendant from that time to 46,00,000,000 from that time, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and received the total amount of KRW 5,00,00 from that time.

As a result, the Defendant habitually stuffed with the prohibition of offering property or property benefits to those who win the result by issuing sports promotion voting rights or similar things to the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation and those who are not entrusted business entities.
