Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On March 25, 2015, Defendant A was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor for six months for an attempted special larceny at Daejeon District Court on April 2, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 2, 2015.

1. On November 15, 2014, at around 15:00, the Defendants: (a) waited for the victim I in Daejeon-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu, Daejeon; (b) Defendant B, who was waiting for the above 50,00 won, delivered to the victim as if they were genuinely formed one of the above 50,00 won forged paper; and (c) received KRW 47,500,000 in tobacco and 1.5,000 in the market price.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to commit a forged act in the Republic of Korea and received property equivalent to 50,00 won at the market price by deceiving the victims as above.
2. On November 15, 2014, the Defendants: (a) around 16:10, the victim L, operated by the Dong-gu Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong L, Defendant A waiting for the above 50,000 won, and (b) the Defendant B, waiting for the above 50,000 won, issued to the victim who was unaware of the above 50,000 won, as if they were genuine, and received KRW 47,500,00 in tobacco 1.5 billion in the market price.
As a result, the Defendants were provided with property equivalent to 50,00 won at the market price by inducing the victims to exercise the forged Korean land by proxy and by deceiving the victims.
3. The Defendants: (a) around November 15, 2014, at the Prefined land point operated by the victim’sO located in Daejeon Dong-gu N108, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong on November 16, 2014; (b) Defendant B waiting for the Defendant to enter it, and (c) duly formed one copy of 50,000 won forged and discarded, as seen above, to the victim who is unaware of the fact.
