A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a BSP car.

On August 2, 2014, at around 21:05, the Defendant used the above vehicle and changed the lane from the area of the south-gu Bridge to the area of the Southern-gu Bridge which is located in the Seogdong-gu, Seogdong-gu, Chungcheongnam-do.
