Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Daegu High Court on September 6, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence at the racing prison on January 9, 2015.

1. Fraud;

However, there was no money at that time, and even if the defendant received food and drink from the injured party, he did not have the intention or ability to pay the price.
