However, there was no intention or ability to pay the price even if the defendant received food and beverage because of the lack of money.

그럼에도 피고인은 이와 같이 피해자를 기망하여 이에 속은 피해 자로부터 즉석에서 시가 합계 30,000원 상당의 쫄 쌈닭 1마리, 맥주 1 병, 소주 1 병, 음료수 1 병을 제공받았다.

3. On October 22, 2015, around 11:30 on October 22, 2015, the Defendant ordered food and alcohol to the victim under the trade name “K” operated by the victim J in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I 1 level as if the Defendant would normally pay the amount.
