Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 28, 2012, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud: (a) reported a traffic accident by phone calls to the customer center E of the victim AXA damage insurance company at the D Hospital located in Seocho-si, Seocho-si on June 28, 2012; and (b) reported that “the Defendant caused a traffic accident while driving FSM3 motor vehicles on the front road of the student center located in Seocho-si, Seocho-si, 2012.”

However, the above traffic accident occurred while G, which is the defendant's seat, and the motor vehicle comprehensive insurance in which the defendant joined the victim company, is limited to one person's name insured, so it was well known that the general insurance can not be processed in the event of the accident while a person other than the defendant driving.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim company as above, attempted to have the victim company pay the comprehensive insurance money to the victim of the traffic accident, but such fact was attempted through the police to become known to the victim company.

The Defendant, as the owner of the above IM3 car, was well aware of the fact that the said G was driving the said car on the front of the student gymnasium located in Yong-si at the early 16:00 on June 28, 2012, and was inflicted an injury by shocking the H on the front of the student gymnasium, but on June 28, 2012, at the early early 17:30 on June 28, 2012, the Defendant filed a false report to an assistant assistant gymna belonging to the I district unit of the Seocho Police Station located in Yong-si at the early early 17:30,

7. 2. Around 16:35, an investigation was conducted at the transportation inspection center office of the Seocho Police Station located in the Young-si, Young-si, Young-si, Young-si, and the said police station stated to the assistant K to the above purport.

As a result, the defendant had a person who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment escape.
