1. The Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

2.Provided, That each of the above punishments for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendants live together with the "G" sources located in D, E, and Busan Shipping Daegu F, and live together with the "G" sources and live together with them.

1. Defendants

A. On May 28, 2015, at around 03:24, the Defendants and B stolen the victims’ property in collaboration with D, D, and E for eight times from around that time to July 2015, in combination with the victim’s list, at the bicycle storage unit located in the Busan Shipping Daegu H apartment 102, the total market value of which is equivalent to KRW 500,000,000, and at the victim’s J-owned market value of KRW 400,000.

2. Defendant B

A. At around 11:00 on July 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a 205 door door and opened a studio room in which the victim did not correct the entrance; (b) opened the 205 door door in which the victim did not correct the entrance; and (c) cut off the property occupied by the victim by intrusioning the victim’s room by an ombudsman with one cell phone with the EL 200,000 won in the market price.

B. At night on August 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was not corrected in the “P” managed by the victim’sO located in the eightth floor of the Busan Shipping Daegu Nbuilding; and (b) opened the door, and stolen the victim’s property by taking away the victim’s boom, kimchi, etc. on the market price, which is the victim’s ownership in the kitchen, into the kitchen at night; and (c) invaded the victim’s structure at night.

3. Defendant A

A. On July 22, 2015, the Defendant acquired stolen goods after being aware of the fact that the Plaintiff was a stolen victim’s cell phone of EL amounting to KRW 200,000,00, in front of “M” located in K in Busan, Suwon-gu, Busan, as set forth in paragraph 2(a) from B.

B. At night, the Defendant is a thief who intrudes on a structure at night, on August 2015.
