Punishment of the crime

However, in fact, D, E, and F did not agree to offset the Defendant’s 2/5 share of the instant land at the time of the transfer of the 3/5 share of the instant land by the payment of the remaining purchase and sale amount of the 2/5 share of the instant land, and D, etc. still held the Defendant’s claim for remaining purchase and sale, so three persons, such as D, etc., did not have embezzled the Defendant’s property or testified E
