Punishment of the crime

Jeju Special Self-Governing Province (Seoul Special Self-Governing Province) followed the expansion of the opening of the agricultural market, and carried out the "project to create a well-known cultivating forest complex for functional crops to develop and foster functional crops in order to promote the commercialization of pro-friendly environmental agricultural products and to improve the farm income."

Defendant deceiving the above public official in charge on February 25, 2014, received 140,000,000 won as a subsidy from the above public official under the name of the above public official in charge and obtained it through an exclusive subsidy account in the name of the above corporation and received 100,000,000 won as a subsidy by means of false application.
