Reasons
1. The Defendant, at the end of May 2019, posted a statement of the content that he would have “A” and the victim E-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S
2. Determination
(a) Provisions of applicable provisions to charges: Article 311 of the Criminal Act;
(b) Offenses subject to prosecution upon complaint: Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act;
C. The record reveals that the victim submitted a written withdrawal of the complaint to the defendant on August 18, 2020 to this court.
Judgment dismissing public prosecution: It is so decided as per Disposition on the grounds of Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
