The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Around February 22, 2020, the summary of the facts charged is as follows: (a) the Defendant was dissatisfied with the victim at the time of the Defendant’s appearance in the election of the E Chairperson at Busan Gangseo-gu, Busan, along with the victim’s D; (b) the Defendant posted the victim’s explanation on the Internet SNS Plux North Korea and posted the victim’s explanation that “the brain bill against which human beings, such as ices, face with ices, and ices, file a complaint with the victim, i.e., e., e., the zone in this country,” so that many unspecified people who find the victim’s Pluxbook account can see the above comments from that time to February 24, 2020, the Defendant openly insulting the victim by posting the comments on the victim’s Plux North Korea by means of posting three times in total, as indicated in the attached crime list.
