1. Details of the disposition;

가. 원고의 주택재개발사업 시행에 따른 분양 완료 1) 원고는 2008. 4. 7. 구 도시 및 주거환경정비법(2010. 4. 15. 법률 제10268호로 개정되기 전의 것) 제16조 제1항에 따라 피고로부터 조합설립인가를 받은 주택재개발정비사업조합이다. 2) 원고는 피고로부터 2012. 3. 5. 광주 서구 마륵동 156-3 일대 31,932㎡를 사업구역으로 하는 주택재개발사업(이하 ‘이 사건 사업’이라 한다)에 관하여 사업시행인가를 받았고, 2012. 12. 26. 공동주택 536세대(조합원분양 108세대, 일반분양 376세대, 보류시설 5세대, 임대주택 47세대)를 신축하는 내용의 관리처분계획의 인가를 받았다.
