Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On May 2012, the Defendant changed the name from the “J of a school juristic person” to the “H of a school juristic person.” The Defendant is an educational foundation that establishes and operates an I University (hereinafter “Defendant University”).

In order to invite teachers to take full charge of lectures in the first semester in 2012, the Defendant University planned to appoint a full-time teacher (exclusive charge of lectures) in the first semester of 2012 as an invited teacher and a full-time teacher (exclusive charge of lectures) in the first semester of 2012.

B. Accordingly, Plaintiff C’s major, Plaintiff D, and F’s practical music major, Plaintiff E’s photograph image major, and Plaintiff G’s major were supported by Eminianian labor, respectively, and the Plaintiffs entered into an employment contract and annual salary contract with the Defendant on February 29, 2012.

Article 3 (Term of Contract) The term of contract under Article 3 (Term of Contract) shall be one year from March 1, 2012 to February 28, 2013.

Article 4 (Benefits) (1) A shall be paid in accordance with the annual salary contract (attached Form 2).

(2) Expenses other than remuneration shall be governed by relevant provisions.

Article 5 (Number of Faculty Members) If the number of hours of responsibility and the number of times of responsibility per week exceeds the number of faculty members, the provisions in charge of the lecture for the full-time faculty of the I University and the provisions in charge of tuition fees shall apply.
