A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a teacher and staff member working at C Elementary School, a public school located at Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, as a supervisor of a female livestock shed from January 16, 2017 to March 23, 2020.
1. No public official, etc. who violates the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act shall receive, request or promise any money, goods, etc. exceeding one million won, or three million won, at one time from the same person each fiscal year, regardless of whether he/she is related to his/her duties and the name of donation, support, donation, etc.;
